To help celebrate our 30th Anniversary, we have invited Nashville based singer/songwriter Kate Campbell to spend the day with us, leading us in our worship through music and storytelling.  This is not Kate’s first time with VBWIM, and she is excited to be with us again.

Kate will kick-off our time together as the first of our two “pre-event” workshops beginning at 1:30pm.

Storytelling in Song

How do you tell a story through melody and text? Come hear how Kate Campbell tells a story through music, and the processes she uses when writing some of her songs, including some of her most recent songs influenced by her trip to the Women’s March in Washington, D.C.

Kate will be featured prominently in the evening worship service (though she’ll be leading music in the afternoon, too), so if you are unable to join us for the entire day and are a Kate Campbell fan, you may wish to consider our $25 dinner only ticket as everyone at dinner is warmly invited to stay for our closing worship.
